What if I’m having an Emergency?

Do not visit our Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® clinic if you think you are having an emergency. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

What is Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic?

Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® is a primary, wellness and urgent care clinic. The clinic is staffed by a Board Certified Physician along with a highly trained medical team who will assist you with restoring a healthy balance, mind, and body.

How do I schedule a visit?

Choose the nearest Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic®, and select the time that works for you.
– Arrive on site fifteen minutes before your scheduled visit and a professionally trained Medical Team will be available to assist you.

Are you in my area?

We are currently servicing areas in Texas. However, we will continue to add more locations in the near future. Click the Book Now and select a location near you.

When can I be seen?

Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® appointments are usually available same day. Check available timings on our website.

Can I cancel an appointment?

Yes, BUT all Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® appointments are NON-Refundable. Please, be sure of the date and time of your availability before confirming your appointment.

Can I reschedule my visit?

Yes, for an additional charge of $25, you may reschedule your appointment if the new requested time slot is available and approved.

Can I schedule a visit for a family member?

Yes, During checkout, you may add additional family members. Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® creates a separate medical record for each person treated, regardless of who schedules and pays for the visit. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18, you must present a valid form of ID to our assistant.

Our Services

Do I still need a primary care doctor?

No. At Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® we have Board Certified Physicians who can act as your Primary Care Provider when needed.

Do you treat children?

Yes. We treat most common illnesses and injuries in children.

This includes: fever, ear infections, sore throat, cough, rashes, bumps and bruises, scrapes, etc. If our physician feels your child needs more specialized attention, we’ll refer you to an appropriate specialist.

How do I get a prescription after my visit?

Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® can electronically send your prescription to a pharmacy of your choice.

Our Medical Team

What qualifications do Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic providers have?

Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® providers are board certified Physicians, and certified Medical Assistants, with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience. All our clinical staff has been independently verified and credentialed to the highest standards to guarantee quality care at every visit.

Why do you use Medical Assistants?

Medical Assistants allow us to provide high quality care at a fair and affordable price. All our medical assistants are certified as required by TMB. In addition, just like any other urgent care clinics, Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® Medical Assistants are highly trained in performing all necessary point of care diagnostic tests and providing on-site treatment. All tasks assigned to MA’s are fully deemed to be within the scope of their practices.

Can I see a doctor instead?

Yes. Along with our Medical Assistants, every patient gets the opportunity to see and talk to Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® Physicians.

Billing

How do I pay for a visit?

You can pay with a credit card, Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account and you can change your payment method at any time. You’ll receive an email receipt for all charges, for your records. For the safety of our Medical Assistant’s we are completely a cashless organization.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® accepts most commercial insurances. To check the most current list please go to insurance page. We also accept Medicare and Texas Medicaid.

Are there any hidden fees? What about services?

At Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® we have completely open and transparent pricing. Unlike most healthcare organizations, our prices are clearly listed on the website. Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® confirms payment before the services are rendered to avoid any miscommunication. So you will not receive any surprising outrageous medical bills.
One of our primary goals is to provide you with affordable care. That is the reason we only charge you for the services that you decide to use. Our prices are clearly outlined in the pricing section.
Our delivery menu is listed on our website, and you won’t be charged for anything you don’t agree to. Additional services may be recommended during a visit, though. For example, if Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® MA or physicians recommends extra care or treatment which will be beneficial to you, you will have the option to agree to it or deny the recommendations.

Privacy and Security

Can I access my medical records?

Yes. You can access your medical records through Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® Patient Portal. Before your visit, you will receive an email inviting you to register and create a password. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be able to view your medical record and communicate with Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® providers through their encrypted email service.
