Pre-Employment Physicals
In-clinic pre-employment physicals help verify candidates’ ability to perform job duties. Exams include health history, vitals, flexibility and range of motion checks, hearing/vision screenings, and optional lab testing based on job risk (e.g., lifting, hazardous exposure)
DOT & Non-DOT Exams
DOT-certified medical examiners provide CDL physicals following FMCSA guidelines, including BP, vision, hearing, urinalysis, and certification forms. Non-DOT physicals available for administrative, industrial, or field workers not governed by federal transportation law.
Work Injury Care & Worker’s Comp Visits
Immediate walk-in treatment for job-related injuries, including lacerations, contusions, burns, strains, and chemical exposures. Our providers coordinate with worker’s comp insurance, document injuries, and offer return-to-work support with medically appropriate restrictions.
Urine Drug Screens & Alcohol Testing
DOT and Non-DOT urine drug screens performed in a controlled clinical environment with full chain-of-custody protocols. We offer random testing programs, pre-employment screens, and post-accident assessments. Certified breath alcohol testing also available
TB, Lab, and Diagnostic Testing
We offer PPD (tuberculin skin tests) and Quantiferon-TB Gold blood tests for high-risk occupations. Our in-clinic diagnostics include labs, X-rays, and screenings for communicable and chronic conditions
Vaccinations & Wellness Shots
Protect your staff with clinic-based vaccination services: Flu, Tetanus, COVID-19, Hepatitis A/B, MMR, Varicella. Walk-in options and bulk appointments available for groups
