Clinic Partnership Opportunity
for NP / PA

Z-2-H Family Med & Urgent Care is expanding across Texas and is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) who want true ownership, leadership, and long-term upside — not just another W-2 role.

This is a clinic partnership opportunity with equity, profit participation, and access to a fully vertically integrated healthcare ecosystem

Investment & Ownership Structure


Total capital required: $200,000


Partner contribution:
$40,000 cash (minimum)
$160,000 financed (internal note or SBA)


Equity: 33.33% economic ownership


Vesting: 5 years (tied to active service & good standing)


Distributions: Based on ownership and performance


Equity is earned, protected, and aligned with long-term leadership.

Clinical Model


80% Primary Care / 20% Urgent Care


Family Medicine–focused


Average initial volume: 12–20 patients/day


Strong Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer mix


Most clinics operate Monday–Friday


Centralized billing, credentialing, compliance, and RCM support

Ideal Partner Profile


We are looking for clinicians who:

Are licensed NP or PA in Texas (or eligible)


Have 2+ years clinical experience (preferred)


Are interested in ownership, leadership, and growth


Are financially capable of a capital investment


Want to practice ethical, patient-first medicine


Can commit to long-term clinic leadership (5+ years)
