Curative Insurance Supports Primary Care at Z-2-H
Confirm Your Benefits Before Receiving Clinic Care
Understanding your insurance before you need care can make scheduling a medical appointment feel less confusing.
Z‑2‑H Family Med & Urgent Care Clinic® accepts Curative insurance for eligible services. Patients may be able to use their benefits for primary care, annual physicals, preventive services, chronic-condition support, urgent care, allergy testing, and other medically appropriate care.
Your exact coverage depends on your Curative plan, network, requested service, and individual benefits.
Primary Care With Curative Insurance
Primary care provides a consistent starting point for many healthcare needs. A primary care provider can become familiar with your medical history, medications, health risks, previous test results, and ongoing concerns.
At Z‑2‑H, primary-care visits may include routine checkups, preventive-care discussions, blood-pressure monitoring, medication management, chronic-condition follow-up, laboratory testing, and evaluation of new symptoms.
Patients may also receive appropriate guidance about imaging, specialist referrals, or additional testing when another service is needed.
Learn more about available care on the Z‑2‑H Curative insurance page.
Confirm Your Curative Benefits
An insurance company may offer multiple networks and benefit designs. The fact that Z‑2‑H accepts Curative does not automatically confirm that every provider, location, or service is in network for your plan.
Before your appointment, contact Curative and ask:
-
Is my coverage active?
-
Is my selected Z‑2‑H clinic in network?
-
Is the scheduled healthcare professional participating?
-
Is the requested service covered?
-
Does my deductible apply?
-
Will I have a copay or coinsurance?
-
Do I need a referral or prior authorization?
-
Are laboratory tests covered separately?
-
Must I use a designated laboratory or imaging facility?
Request a reference number for the benefits call and keep it with your records. Insurance verification is not a guarantee of claim payment, but it can help you understand the information available before the visit.
Bring the Information Your Provider Needs
Bring your current insurance card, photo identification, medication list, allergies, and relevant medical records.
If the appointment relates to a chronic condition, bring recent home readings such as blood pressure or blood sugar when available. You may also want to write down when your symptoms began, what makes them better or worse, and which treatments you have already tried.
Choose Your Z‑2‑H Location
Z‑2‑H has clinics serving Arlington, Austin, Brownwood, El Paso, Farmers Branch, Houston, Keller, and San Antonio.
Clinic hours, provider availability, and services can differ. Use the Z‑2‑H locations and scheduling page to select the location that works best for you.
